ANN RabbitMQ 3.8.0-rc.1 is available for community testing

RabbitMQ 3.8.0-rc.1 is available for community testing [1].

It has several prominent new features, significantly improved monitoring support

thanks to a new Prometheus plugin that's included into the distribution and Grafana

dashboards to go with it, support for mixed version (3.7/3.8) clusters that simplifies upgrades,

OAuth 2/JWT token support and more.

Please take a look at the release notes, the What's New in 3.8 webinar recording

linked in it [2] and give this RC a try. Depending on the feedback

we expect 3.8 to spend from 2 to 6 weeks in this RC/testing stage.

Dont see any release date for 3.8, thanks

We don't commit to a date. Assuming no major issues are reported RC testing should

last a couple of weeks.
