ANN RabbitMQ 3.7.5 is released

On behalf of the RabbitMQ team I'm happy to announce that RabbitMQ 3.7.5 is available for download from GitHub [1], Bintray [2], Package Cloud [3].

This is a patch release with some bug fixes and enhancements.

### Upgrades and Compatibility

This release includes a potentially incompatible change (see [1]) for applications that use a lot of channels (100s or more per connection). Previous behavior can be restored with a single line of configuration.

This release has no other known incompatibilities with earlier 3.7.x versions.
