How to add Lager plugins to RabbitMQ

Hi, newbie question here, but:

How does one add a Lager plugin to RabbitMQ (on Windows)? Specifically I want to add custom log formatter - https://github.com/botsunit/lager_json_formatter

Hello,

Did you succeed in doing this yourself? The general process would be -

* Clone and compile lager_json_formatter using the same version of Erlang you're using

* Copy the beam files to the code path for RabbitMQ

* Configure lager as described using in the %AppData%\RabbitMQ\advanced.config file

What version of RabbitMQ and Erlang are you using?

Thanks for your reply! Yeah, in the end I came to a similar solution, but it took me a loooong time to figure it all out, cause I'm not familiar with erlang. But thanks none the less!
