Dear guys,
could you suggest me a quick method for drawing a 1 mm-wide area around a tumor margin on a whole section? I was thinking about the brushing tool: is it possible to fix its diameter to 1 mm?
Thank you so much!

You can control the brush size in the preferences, and whether it depends on the zoom - although the actual diameter will be defined in pixels rather than µm or mm.

The Objects -> Expand annotations command is probably more useful.

There was also another question about this on GitHub today - https://github.com/qupath/qupath/issues/198 - and I plan to add a bit more detail to my answer soon...

I've written a script and blog post that's hopefully useful: https://petebankhead.github.io/qupath/scripts/2018/08/08/three-regions.html
