Qubes logs (qmemman) do not get pruned... grow forever

Is there a recommended way to prune Qubes-specific log files? My
qmemman.log is huge >300MB!

My inclination is to delete it on startup...

More excesses in dom0:

/var/lvm/archive holds metadata backups for 30 days, was >400MB. Changed
backup{ retain_days } to a much lower value.

/var/log/xen/console holds onto logs for many months, possibly forever.
Files are not large but its very untidy.

Same goes for /var/log/libvirt/libxl

Same goes for /var/log/qubes

Just noticed that my /var/log is 5G.

Honestly I had thought that this was fixed long ago as I recall there
were 1-2 bugs reported even back with 3.x.

Looks like we'll have to create new ones and/or re-activate the old ones.
