sys-usb cannot execute qrexec-daemon!

domain dead: sys-usb cannot connect to qrexec agent: no such process

I get the issue alot after trying to restart it when updating or making a change to the fedora-23 templatevm.

Anyone know how to fix this issue without rebooting?

If i remove the usb controller pci device, it will start up fine. But adding it back I get the same error. It fixes on a reboot though.

I couldn't re-create the issue. i made another similar change to the template vm after rebooting, but maybe the difference was i had more resources available this time. I was low before. Or it could be that I started the sys-usb vm from qvm manager before starting terminal. Previously, I tried to start the vm by loading the terminal first from the start menu.

I'm afraid there is no solution for this problem yet :(
Sometimes freeing a lot of memory helps (like taking 2 GB from dom0 or
such), but not always. Generally the problem is that after some time
memory is such fragmented that there is no continuous 4MB chunk is
available (used by PCI device drivers for DMA).
