Your report shows that IOMMU isn't supported, but Intel specs (http://ark.intel.com/products/88967/Intel-Core-i7-6700HQ-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_50-GHz) say that VT-d is supported on the CPU. Are you sure you sure VT-d is enabled in your BIOS (if you checked in a fully up-to-date BIOS I would be very thankful) ? I found a post https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/58tqdx/pci_passthrough_geforce_gtx_960m/ which says that PCI passthrough works on Ideapad Y700 (although it is different from Ideapad 700 I believe they are similar - but HCL shows that IOMMU isn't supported on Y700 either ?).
