HCL addition, Qubes R2B2

Below is the output from 'qubes-hcl-report' in dom0 of the system I'm using.  Works well thus far (using only PVM / App domains at the moment).

Frame buffer and CPU noted above.
No "over clocking"
Used exclusively for Qubes OS (no dual-boot)
