For the first time It seems I was able to pass the Vt-d test on my Toshiba M780 S7240, I got the following:
[f@dom0 ~]$ xl info | grep ^virt_caps
virt_caps : hvm hvm_directio

:-)
So it seems that with the last BIOS firmware and RC1 it works and you can add it to the HCL. The main thing that doesn't work is the card reader
