running QMCPACK on an Intel Linux box

I managed to compile QMCPACK on my Linux machine with Intel compiler
and MKL. I attached my tool chain.

If I run with MPI only, QMCPACK runs.

If I run with any number of OpenMP threads, I get this error:
naromero-desktop:/sandbox/BN-threads-jnkim> ./surveyor.sh
OMP: Error #101: Out of heap memory.

Disregard this message, seems like OMP_NUM_THREADS was not getting
exported correctly by my mpich2 installation.
