The biggest features of this release are the new modules tornado.locks and tornado.queues, which incorporate classes for coordinating coroutines originally developed as a part of Jesse Davis's Toro library (http://toro.rtfd.org). Many thanks Jesse and to everyone who contributed patches, bug reports, and feedback that went into this release!
