pyramid - akhet - chameleon_genshi docs: some issues with links

Hey pyramistas,

I just saw some issues with links in the main documentation page (and some other doc pages). 

http://docs.pylonsproject.org/en/latest/docs/pyramid.html

- the link for "Chameleon’s Genshi implementation" to http://chameleon.repoze.org/docs/latest/genshi.html is not working

- where is the link to akhet project? It has disappeared

- the links are not correctly formatted in the README.txt

- still, there's a 404 for "Pyramid for Pylons Users" : http://docs.pylonsproject.org/projects/pyramid_cookbook/en/latest/pylons/
