Pyinstaller problem: RuntimeError: No django root directory found

Anyone knows how to fix this ?

[I am not using django in this project. But I do use flask]

Compile using this struct:

in main dir
 main.py --> copy from manage.py

 make a sub-dir with(Django files):
 --- manage.py
 --- settings.py
 --- urls.py
