AVbin 8.1 Released

AVbin 8.1 was released today.

Notes:

- I still need someone to test 8.1 under 32-bit OS X.

- pyglet/examples/media_player.py has serious problems on the 5
platforms I tested it on with all 4 test video files with all versions
of AVbin I tried. As the problems are fairly consistent across
platforms, I suspect the problem is in either media_player.py or
deeper in pyglet (I haven't investigated, yet). It functioned "well
enough" for me to see if AVbin worked.

- Please use the latest versions of AVbin available when creating
bundled gui installers.

- I'm commencing work on AVbin 9 -- I welcome any help:
