Dear Ashok (and others who may be interested)

MoRTH publishes reports on the performance of SRTUs which has a lot of data on the various road transport undertakings including city transport utilities. E.g. it has data about BEST, PMPML, DTC, BMTC, MTC (Chennai) etc.
