Protobuf Folder Structure Best Practice

Hey Guys,

Protobuf is an awesome little library. I was thinking what is the best way to structure my project so that the proto files aren't in the same dir as the cc files. How do you guys structure your projects and/or what is the general consensus on where to put the .proto files. Currently this is what i do

-Project

--deps

---protobuf

--protos

--src

Makefile
