Using protoc as Java DTO generation framework

Hi,

i want to use protoc simply to generate Java DTO using the builder Pattern. I dont need the (de)serialization functionality, as these dtos are used in a JEE/GWT project to interchange data.

Is there a way to reduce protoc´s capabilities that way ?
