Internal Metrics for checking latency or performance issues of Prometheus

Hi,

Do we have any internal metrics available to monitor latency and performance issues of Prometheus?

Prometheus has its own metrics beginning with prometheus_ , you could check from the graph page.

Yes, and there is a dashboard which you can use to find the relevant
metrics/queries:

Also we have the mixins, which provide alerts:
