User is not getting Login in RedwoodHQ Automation framework page

Hi All,

I have installed "RedwoodHQ_240_x86_Setup" and on login page "http://127.0.0.1:3000/login.html" entering login credentials
admin/admin and clicking on Login button, however getting no response and user is not able to login

Please refer attachment to get more details.

Check if you have anything else running on port 3000 besides RedwoodHQ

Hi

I am also facing the same issue. I have installed in linux cent os but when i enter admin/admin and try to login it is showing invalid username and pwd.

Kindly help me how to resolve the issue

The official RedwoodHQ package was generated for Linux Ubuntu. If you want any other Linux system then you would need to setup all the vendor packages yourself (and we have not tested it for Cent OS).

I encountered this as well. I stopped the server and agent. Then I started the server and did a tail -f on its nohup.out and waited until the server created all the listener ports. When that was done I then started the agent. It worked for me with admin/admin after that.
