Need use of Lathe or Milling machine please

Hello,

So we have a pair of steel gears for the PHS robot that are about 80mm or 100mm dia and about 20mm thick.

Although they are good gears they are too heavy so we need to machine some metal out of them.

So we need use of an industrial strength lathe or milling machine with an indexing or rotatory table please.

 

Can you help URGENT please?
