I recently bought the public lab diy spectrometry kit, amd after i set up everything, i noticed that the camera didnt work on my computer Please help need to get it done by march 9 2015 thanks

Hi Kemal,

Let me just ask is this a problem with the computer not recognizing the device it a defective camera do you think? We would be happy to send you a replacement if your camera is not working. Have you been able to get it working on any other computers or browser?

Thank you for the reply, I have tested the camera on 4 different computers using IE safari chrome and firefox. When I plug in the camera, it installs the drivers, but the only problem is that it doenst work in spectrak workbench or any other 3rd party application. its defective andi need this project finished by the 9th, will i be able to get it back by then?
