Hey guys,

I'm trying to use Ned's plugin with Fiji to do some NDVI analysis on a TIFF image exported from Photoscan, but having some trouble (likely behind the keyboard) working with it in Fiji. I can open the TIFF file just fine in a regular image viewer, but when I open it in Fiji it appears to break it out into four different channels with grayscale representations (that are for some reason tinted blue).

How do I go about converting the channels into a regular RGB image to be used with Ned's plugin?

Thanks!
Dan

Hi Dan,

If you can send me an example image I'll take a look. It's possible that it's not a "standard" 3-band TIFF image.

Ned
