Kite Fest Louisiane, sponsored by Exxon & Entergy, April 1&2

West Baton Rouge will host Kite Fest Louisiane on April 1st and 2nd.  The event is sponsored by both Exxon and Entergy.  I was thinking it might be interesting to have some Public Lab folks represented.
