[2.0] template parameters, imports

Hi,

it seems that templates have an implicit "@import models._", is this correct? This allows to use classes in package "models" to be used as template parameter types without package qualifier.

This should be clarified on the Templates doc, and maybe on the TodoList tutorial.

Using imports before the template parameters seems not to work.
