What a terrible year for this family with the deaths of both Lady Kinloss and her son and heir, the Master of Kinloss.

It would seem to me that this would be an unusual occurrence in peacetime.  Does anyone know how often this has happened since 1900?

The heiress presumptive would be the third child of the late Lady Kinloss, Hester Josephine Anne Haworth (b. 1960).  She is married with 3 sons.

Thanks.

Agreed William, it is hardly a tragic age to die at 90.

That was a good obit, I like the part about having to give her consent in 54 for the Chandos title.
