NST Election 2017 update
Dear community members,
As you all know that on 12/17/2017 by 6:00 pm, we received the nominations filed for upcoming NST election 2017. Today by 6:00 pm was official withdrawing deadline. Election Committee reviewed all the applications and is happy to publish the final list of candidates.

Saturday, December 23, 2017 (please note, there was an error on previous communication)
Time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Local Time)
Election Venue:
Nepalese Society Office (Inside Nepalese Cultural and Spiritual Center)
2016 W. Grauwyler Rd, Irving, TX, 75061
Voters must be present in person and meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a current/valid member of Nepalese Society, Texas.(new membership enrollment is currently closed till 12/23/2017, midnight)
- Must meet NST membership criteria and have NST membership ID Number.
- Must be resident of Texas and present valid picture ID. Texas residency can be verified by any of the following documents:
- Texas ID/DL (no PO box address accepted)
- Student ID (unexpired) + Passport
- Out of state University ID + Passport + Utility Bill (Electric, gas, water)
- US passport or any government ID + Utility Bill (Electric, gas, water)
- Green card + Utility Bill or Government Mailed Address
List of voters is available in the NST office and is also available on the NST Website for the use of the candidates: https://www.ournst.org/nst-members.php however, phone numbers and E-Mail addresses are not available for public and candidates.
