Sunny weather... it finally feels like spring! 10 days left to register for the best cycling event around. Where else can you ride to Kingston, enjoy university style accommodations, stretch with yoga, have a quick massage, enjoy afternoon refreshments with friends and replenish all those lost calories in the dining hall before you ride back on Sunday? There are 180 spots left.

May 1 at midnight is the deadline for registering for the Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour. Don't miss out this year! There are 2 days left to sign up and join us. Due to the overwhelming response for the Century ride (100km) from Perth, registration for it is now closed. Check out the website for more details.
