User Manual for RockShox 'Bluto' fork?

Hello All!

Does anyone have a user manual for this particular suspension fork model that they could please share with me, perhaps by return e-mail with the PDF attached?

I can't find the manual on the RockShox web site, and so far, neither can the dealer where I bought this fork as part of a bike purchase?
