Here are a few housekeeping items for your review:

 

1. You’ll be receiving three important documents from me by no later than close of business tomorrow:
1. A revised plan A. I’ve taken another crack at this based on your feedback to-date, and also based on a previous version of this document I forgot about from back in February.
2. More details regarding what the UN is up to on open science and how OSI fits (hint: importantly) into this work
3. The agenda for Monday’s summit meeting. Notes from this meeting will be circulated by c.o.b. Monday.
2. If you want to adjust your listserv email settings, let me know. Your three choices are to receive every email as it arrives, a daily summary of emails, or no email at all (in which case you need to check in to the listserv to follow conversations, or just check in at http://osiglobal.org/the-osi-listserv/ to see the latest 15 posts. If you prefer the every email approach but don’t want your work email to get buried under the occasional tsunami, some people set up a separate folder for OSI email (see https://bit.ly/34WHf6M for instructions --- which, I assume, holds about 4,500 unread emails but at least these are out of the way 😊).
3. ‘Tis the season for last-minute gift giving. If you’ve been meaning to donate to OSI this year but just haven’t gotten around to it yet, now is a good time so we don’t need to panic in January. Go to http://osiglobal.org/support/ for your options (if you prefer to receive an invoice, just let me know).
