Dear friends:

The October 2018 IPCC Report, organization considered by many the Climate Change Action Bible, was actually too "conservative" by advising that humanity has more time to pollute the atmosphere with more Greenhouse Gases (GHG): humanity actually does not have more time to pollute.  Every ton of GHG emitted makes Climate Change worse and more irreversible.

Climate Change State Of Emergency Declarations are needed at all levels of society, particularly at the governmental level.  In California: Berkeley, Hayward, Oakland, Richmond and Santa Cruz have already issued Climate (Change) Emergency Resolutions, with the intent to upgrading them to Declarations.
