Committee will vote on AB
345, a vital bill that would impose--for the first time
in our state--science-based setback limits around toxic
drilling. If we don't convince another Committee member to
vote for this bill, it will die.

that 5.4 million Californians (predominantly people of color) live
within a mile of an oil or gas well, exposed to toxic air
pollution that makes us even more more vulnerable to
Covid-19. Can we count on you to protect
our health and climate by supporting our top
priority bill of the year, AB 345? Thank you!”
