Good Surprise - AB1139, the bill that will kill Rooftop Solar, didn't have enough votes yesterday because or all our relentless pressure, it has not passed the assembly yet.

916-319-2028 ➡️ Pls immediately CALL Am Low again! Am Low and other abstainers need to hear constituents RIGHT NOW: “Thank you for not voting for AB 1139. Please stay off the bill!" 

All members that are ABSTAIN should get a call telling them to vote NO or hold off on voting. All members that voted NO should get a call thanking them and keep the no vote.

We got this far, one more day to go! (Maybe two days, but if it doesn’t get heard today in reconsideration, it is likely dead. Lobbyists tell us that the legislature wants to go home on Friday.
