Member API problems from Frankfurt, Vienna, Zurich

Dear all,

We have been seeing a high number of 525 HTTP errors on the ORCID Member API since about 12 noon UTC today.

It seems only (or mostly) to affect connections from the region of Frankfurt, Vienna, Zurich.

We are investigating and apologise for the inconvenience.

We have mitigation in place, and everything seems to be working better now.

We are continuing investigations to understand better what happened.
