Permissions Preauthorization Technical Working Group

We're putting together a working group to explore the concept of enabling researchers to 'pre-authorize' member integrations, with a focus on the technical and security aspects.  As you are no doubt aware, we currently use OAuth and OpenID, so would like to be able to use one or both of these in this context.
