Default API version changing to v3.0

From October 1st, 2019 the default version used for API calls will move from version 2.0 to 3.0
This change only affects those using content negotiation and calls that do not specify the API version. As we always encourage all clients to specify a version in all API calls, we hope this change will not cause any problems. Version 2.0 and 2.1 will continue to be supported and sunset dates for them have not been set. For more information about version 3.0 see the ORCID API v3.0 Guide.
