Hi all, 

help me fix this error when installing.

I use Linux Openwisp 4.4.0-21-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 18 18:34:49 UTC 2016 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux

Is it a new installation or are you migrating an existing instance?
I never encountered this issue. I need to know more about your setup in order to help you.

I use VMware 12 and ubuntu-16.04-server-i386.

Did you install from zero or were you migrating an existing instance?

Hi Fed,

I Install ubuntu from ubuntu-16.04-server-i386.iso, and then  install openwisp follow link:https://github.com/openwisp/ansible-openwisp2

i am also facing the same error . I am trying to install openwisp on ubuntu 16.04 . i followed the the procedure mentioned here to install it on my localhost.

I think it's a bug of the new release of openwisp2 (0.6.0) which happens on ubuntu 16.

Possible options are:

- try debian 8
- wait for me to fix it in the coming days
- fix it and send a patch

I released a new version which should fix your issue:

Upgrade with:

sudo ansible-galaxy install --force openwisp.openwisp2
