Missing description after creating a new photo album

Hello,

I'm currently using the Java Orkut client library. When I create an album through the AlbumsTxFactory.createAlbum(String title, String description) method the description does not seem to appear on orkut.com nor does it appear in the results when I view the list of albums.

The following is the output from the sample client provided with the client library. Note that I enter an album description of "my description 4" but when I view the list of albums the description is blank (see attached image).

I guess there is some problem with Albums and photos since last sandbox update.

I too have posted a thread for the same. (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/opensocial-orkut/ogjB5hG3auw) . I am not getting any photos from a specified album.

Wait, while google brings some fixes.

Hi,

Yes, there is a known bug in the 3LO API where the album description is not being set when the album is created. The only way to set it make another request.

As to the photo fetch problem, it should be fixed by now.
