Hello,

We had an issue in AppReviewer (the component that reviews submitted apps) and it's been offline for a few days. We're working on it and it should be back soon. Until it's back, newly submitted apps and resubmitted apps will not be reviewed (they will remain in the "pending" state).

We'll update when we have news.
