How can my app show in the "featured applications" list?

Hi any supporter,

I found there is a "featured applications" list in the "Explore our
applications" page of orkut.How can my app showing on that list?And
why the apps in that list are different when you switch into another
language version of orkut?

Please give me some explanation.Thanks.
