It seems that some PDF readers still do not process this file correctly. The best is Adobe Reader which copies text from it perfectly. It is also imported by MS Word correctly. All others I tried (SumatraPDF, Foxit, PDFXchange, TET + more) make the mistake of reordering the diacritics as well as the base characters. The text is apparently drawn on the page in a LTR order. Most PDF readers compensate for that by reordering the text. However special care is required with text that includes diacritics because they must come after the base character and it seems that only Adobe reader and MS Word are aware of that.
