I have BHS and am looking for the Masorah Magna referenced in the prolegomena ("magna separato volumine iam edita est, id quod iucundum est horum temporum signum, anno 1971 publicatum est. Hoc volumen inscribitur Massorah Gedolah (Masora Magna), volumen primum, idemque BHS, volumen posterius.") Where can I find this work?

I see https://smile.amazon.com/dp/8876535497, but it says "French and Hebrew Edition". What is French about it? Is this (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B001B3OQEG) the same work?
