Keeping in sync with STEPBible Hebrew tagging

I'm aware that the OpenScriptures tagging and STEPBible tagging are getting out of sync. 

Eliran Wong helpfully left at issue at the STEPBible-data Github pointing out some of these differences

and I replied with the reasons for these changes. 

The accumulation of unreported corrections is my fault for neglecting to report them like I used to. 

Now that the STEPBible tagging is available on a public repository, perhaps I don't need to report individual corrections. 

Today I added various corrections to do with recognising articles which are attached to proper names:

These were suggested by the excellect ETCBC dataset. 

However, I did not follow their suggestions with regard to the following, because traditionally the "He..." forms part of the name in these cases:
