Getting a demo to run but..

..the calculation results do not show up in the computed_output directory.  I am assuming that something is missing in the instructions given at http://www.globalquakemodel.org/openquake/support/documentation/instructions-oats/

Also, if a demo has two .ini files that are supposed to run together, do you put *.ini in the command line?

Once I get past square one I'll be looking into the full manual.
