Hello everybody

I wanna understand and change a little the source code of openquake for my MS thesis, so I have cloned the openquake project from github to Pycharm community version and installed hazardlib, risklib, numpy, scipy and all that was needed by pip.
now I wanna to run project from Pycharm but I don't know how to start and every __init()___ or setup.py file I tried, I get errors like this in pycharm:

  /usr/bin/python3.4 /home/amir/PycharmProjects/oq-engine/setup.py
  usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...]
     or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...]
     or: setup.py --help-commands
     or: setup.py cmd --help

  error: no commands supplied

Process finished with exit code 1

as its obvious my python version is 3.4 and I'm running pycharm in ubuntu 14.04. openquake engine work well in my system from terminal.but I need to read source code and have an overview about, not just running engine.

what is your suggestion about this issue!?
