Site model with multiple Vs30 values for the same latitude and longitude

It is useful when developing hazard maps to be able to solve for the hazard at a specific site over a range of Vs30 values. Currently when you pass multiple sites with the same latitude and longitude but different Vs30's you get an error: "ValueError: Found overlapping site...". While catching duplicate sites may prevent user-error there should be an optional flag to disable this check.

Unfortunately, it is not easy at all to disable that check. The engine assumes in various places that there is an unique location for each site - for instance, when associating the assets to the sites - and removing that check
would be disastrous. You best option is to run different calculations with the same sites but different values of the Vs30.
