The risk demo files come with every installation of OQ, and are already included in your OATS account (within your personal folder). You can also find then at github: https://github.com/gem/oq-engine/tree/master/demos/risk

Please notice that these files are purely demonstrative, and should not be used for realistic risk assessment studies.
