Above is two screenshots of the source model xml files in which am using, I obtained them of European database of seismogenic faults ( SHARE task 3.2) and area source

model v6.1( from share Deliverablle D6.6), however I am still getting the error: __init__ takes exactly 5 positional arguments (2 given),

it says above this error... File "parser.pxi", line 18, in lxml.etree.parseError.__init__(src/lxml/lxml.etree.c:69927)

Again appreciate the help :)

Screenshots are useless, we need the source model you are using.

As I said, you can check the validity of your source model yourself with xmllint:

$ xmllint source_model.xml
source_model.xml:22: parser error : attributes construct error
        <nodalPlane probability="1.0" strike="310.033698" dip="59.407872"rake="9

The problem you have is a missing space. There should be a space between "59.407872" and the word rake.

Dear Michele,

Your previous reply has helped alot,however when i run the file now it begins to run smoothly but then another error has come up, : TypeError: 'AkkarBommer2010' object is not iterable. this in the Gmpe tree which i have attachd above I change branch to Chiouyoungs2008 and that seems to run fine but just AkkarBommer2008 and also CauzziFacciolo2008 does not work.

What would be the problem here?

Thank you again :)
