I upload here two QA tests for Scenario Calculator with spatial
correlation and one with no spatial correlation.

The tests consist in generating a number of ground motion fields for two
sites of interest and then compute from those the joint probability of
occurrence of two PGA levels, 0.5 and 1.0 g, and then compare against
theoretically derived values.

The QA tests are organized in three folders, each containing input files
and a ASCII file with expected results. A python script is provided
(ScenarioQATest.py) showing how to compute joint probability of
earthquake occurrence from a set of ground motion fields. The script
also shows how the theoretical values have been computed.
