SMTP with SSL configuration issue

Dear Team,

I need to configure smtp server with SSL setup for emailing purpose under OLAT. Deployment using tomcat6.

Pl.guide me for above support.

Hi

Make sure that you enable SSL for SMTP in your plat.local.properties with this property:

smtp.sslEnabled=true

Than if you have a valid certificate, it's must be enough. If you have a self signed certificate, use this property:

smtp.sslCheckCertificate=true

or add the certificate to the keychain of your java virtual machine.
