Use of Authentication Missing link in User Management tab

Hi,

 

We have Authentication Missing link as per below navigation :

UserManagement tab --> Access and Rights --> Authentication Missing

 

Please let me know what exactly this link indicates and which data is dispalyed while click on this link?

Please revert asap.
